Out Of Hours
It is now the responsibility of Surrey Primary Care Trust for ensuring an out-of-hours service is provided to all patients in their area. The Trust has commissioned this service from ThamesDoc who can be contacted on 0300 130 1305.
Out Of Hours is an emergency service for urgent medical problems that have arisen outside the working day. Please try and use this service appropriately. Be prepared with a pen and paper to take instructions from a recorded message. Patients may be asked to attend an out-of-hours emergency centre.
NHS Direct
In the case of urgent need when the practice is closed you can call
NHS Direct (0845 4647) to speak to a triage nurse. Your needs will be assessed and advice offered or arrangements made for you to see a doctor.
Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
