September: We have listened to our patients and are changing the way you are able to book an appointment  - 24 hour access appointments will no longer be available. All appointments will be bookable in advance. You can also book a telephone appointment if you are unable to come into the surgery.

Out Of Hours

It is now the responsibility of Surrey Primary Care Trust for ensuring an out-of-hours service is provided to all patients in their area. The Trust has commissioned this service from ThamesDoc who can be contacted on 020 8390 9991.

Out Of Hours is an emergency service for urgent medical problems that have arisen outside the working day. Please try and use this service appropriately. Be prepared with a pen and paper to take instructions from a recorded message. Patients may be asked to attend an out-of-hours emergency centre.

NHS Direct

In the case of urgent need when the practice is closed you can call NHS Direct (0845 4647) to speak to a triage nurse. Your needs will be assessed and advice offered or arrangements made for you to see a doctor.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
